The staff was very courteous this time and the hotel of course is new and weel equipped. Then it comes as a surprise when the TV screen in the room shows a very different name to mine and that the guest survey of a previous guest is still on the desk - not picked up and handled.

High quality food and correct prices
Golden Tulip is really well located for business travellers working near Finkenwerder. The restaurant in the evening and the breakfast the morning are really of high quality.

My stay was enjoyable. One suggested change would be the addition of a guest station that would allow the guests of the hotel to print their boarding passes without having to ask to come behind the registration desk to do so.
